For the global brand Yellow, we were called on to help solidify their connection with small businesses, and to reconsider their role with the brand.
I developed a social media and content strategy with the aim of educating and empowering small business owners on leveraging digital communications as part of their marketing mix, and position the brand as business advisor and ‘YOUtility’.
