The Daily Telegraph is one of the most widely read newspapers in the UK. At the time of this project, they were transitioning into a digital force and aiming to retain their strong subscriber base.

I developed and managed the planning, design and development, and implementation of an e-CRM program for the Telegraph Media Group including contact strategy and e-newsletter design and content development.

The results:

  • 10% increase in rewards uptake
  • 20% increase to e-newletter average open rates
